Trail around the edges: An experiential journey
The best teachers are those who show you where to look, but don't tell you what to see. (Alexandra K.Trenfor)
Erifily writes:
Ten years into my Feldenkrais journey, things started to become strange. I could feel more than the bodies I touched. Something else, something deeper. Their intention. Their emotional patterns. To continue on my path I knew it was time to look inside…
You can truly sense others only when you are able to lower the mirror and stop projecting yourself. This is my journey… Refining edges in proprioception, awareness and consciousness.
The subtle difference between intention, attention and action and how they mesh into this incredible pattern of "being" and "reacting" in the world.
Each audio session offers a nuanced exploration into the depths of our being, guiding the participants through subtle shifts and revelations. From the gentle whispers of intuition to the profound impressions left by experience, these sessions where created to help you navigate through the complexities of self-discovery.
Happy Journeys,
Erifily Nikola

Nesli writes:
I came to know Erifily in a moment when my life was in great upheaval. She witnessed my psychic breaking and helped me learn how to feel the breakage in my body as a path toward healing. After doing the first and second sessions, The edge of attention and The edge of intention and imagination, I immediately put a pen in my hand and started drawing and writing. This is what emerged as a result…
Stillborn ideas
February 2024, Istanbul When the building collapses, gaps are life’s salvation. When cold concrete death envelops, between the furniture and ceiling beams contours of survival appear. Little pockets, breathing life wait. For what? Why must we wait for the entire building to collapse to recognize the spaces where life endures? Life endures in the cracks, in pockets, in the gapping and around the edges. But taking the plunge from our 1st floor balcony to the garden below needed something more. In a microcosm of local-cosmic malnourishment The crackedness I tended was born still Stillborn— into a garden of edgeless possibility that no one seemed to care toward. Stuck Unable to birth Unable to die Broken open, whimpering and waiting, I am.
